Hi @deanodino1 , thanks for your query.
As of now we are working on a feature to allow users to stop the sequence for specific contacts. It’s a work in progress. I am afraid, it’s not something you can do at the current version of the plugin. But we are taking steps to optimize email sequences in Mail Mint and this is one of the improvements we will make in the near future.
I will inform you when this is ready.
Thanks.
Hi @adnanofficial1 , thank you so much for reaching us with you valuable feedback.
Yes, your suggestions indeed would be a great addition to our plugin. I have forwarded them to our devs and hopefully we will enhance these in the near future.
Thank you.
Hi @jitendrawilankar , you can create a course funnel for TutorLMS courses natuarally.
Normally, you create a product in WooCommerce to sell your courses. So in funnels, you can simply assign these products as the offer products and the funnel will work naturally.
- Here’s a quick guide you may follow.
Feel free to reach us if you have any further questions.
Thanks.
Hi @dynamitemarketing , thanks for your question.
The scenario with depend on whether you will use Global Funnels or not.
First, when you use Global Funnels, you will be setting a condition based on which people will enter this funnel. For example, you can choose that when Product A will be order, customer will enter the funnel. You can simply choose “Any product is selected” so that no matter what product is in the cart, the customer will enter this funnel.
Now, the way global funnel works is, after going to the cart page in your shop, people will directly enter the checkout page. So whether you add a custom step before it or not, the customer will not see it.
To answer your question, you may not have the option to send people to multiple landing pages and then enter the same checkout when using Global Funnels, as that works based on conditions.
You can, however, follow one of the 3 scenarios below:
- You may re-design the product pages into landing pages. That way, you can use global funnels and skip cart option to bring people into the funnel when they choose to purchase a product. However, this will not let you have multiple landing pages for the same product.
- Do not use global funnels. Rather create a complete funnel (with a dedicated landing page checkout, and other steps) for each product. To have multiple landing pages, duplicate the funnel and change the landing page design. That way, you will have separate funnels with dedicated landing pages for each product which you can promote on different channels.
- Another unorthodox way is, to create a regular funnel for a product with a landing page, checkout, and other steps. Then, for the landing page, enter the A/B testing area and create multiple variants of the landing page. Each variant will have its own unique URL. You can then not run A/B testing, but use each page URL as the destination URL from your Ads when promoting in multiple channels. However, this approach will have less accuracy with analytics. (We haven’t tested this in a live scenario yet so do test it thoroughly before choosing to run Ads for this.)
Now, since you are using our Pro plugin, I recommend if you need further assistance with these, please contact us via our email directly.
This forum is for free users only. Hope you understand.
Thanks.

But since you identified it, we will try to run some tests and see where these error maybe coming from.
Thanks.
Hi @dynamitemarketing , great question there.
You see, when creating funnels, many people want a journey with multiple sales pages, or they may want to add some supplementary steps in between the funnel journey. An example use case is when a person may want to create a funnel which simply has a few consecutive landing pages to create a webinar series funnel.
To meet such cases, we added the custom step. We didn’t name it a Landing page as it can be added anywhere in the funnel journey.
But both the landing step and the custom step have the same features.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Thanks.
