Actually, this is done for several reasons, but mainly to avoid a case where someone crosses the browser but then comes back to accept the upsell order after some time. So that time delay is mainly to save the session as there is is one-click uspell involved.

The delay is set to 30 mins, but it may take more time depending on cron activities on the site.

However, we do have a filter applied in our plugin which you can use to customize this:

• apply_filters( ‘wpfnl_order_status_cron_time’, 30 )

Hi @petertely , actually this is something we are researching on.

Our current plugin doesn’t allow loading shortcode data into the email body as many email clients do not accept such requests. We are looking to find a solution to this and have plans to allow it in the near future.
