Hi @gveikka , we are really sorry that you had an unwanted experience with WPFunnels.
I have looked into your ticket.
I can see that you were requesting a feature that was not available in our plugin and we were transparent about it that we currently do not have that feature and we will try to see if we can work on it in the future.
Now, I understand that this feature is really important to you. And if you were unable to use the plugin and wanted a refund, we always respect such cases and issue a refund because there is no point charging someone for something they cannot use. However, we haven’t received any refund request from you.
Meanwhile, the 3 emails you got, it was an error from our support system. We do not send out review requests as frequently and definitely not 3 times at once. So we apologize for that.
Now, we would really like to work with you on the matter to resolve your case and improve your impression on us.
- As you can tell, we are very responsive with our support. The 3 emails was literally a glitch from the support system. We didn’t do it intentionally.
- I can personally guide you into achieving what you wanted to create with WPFunnels.
Some features in our plugin may work differently than other plugins so I cannot promise an exact replicate, but I can give you step by step instructions to achieve a close outcome. - If you want a refund, you can simply respond to the support email and we can issue you a full refund.
I understand that some parts of the plugin was not what you expected, but I believe you agree, we also did not promote any feature that we do not have in the plugin.
We would really like to work with you on the matter and hopefully request you to improve the rating to something higher if not a 5-star as we had no intention to give you a bad experience with the plugin or our service.
Do let us know how we can work together on this matter.
I hope you will be kind enough to keep my humble request.
Thanks.

Hi @dfdiva , thanks for the query.
We ran some tests from our end and it seems to work fine. So I presume there could be some difference in the settings we have for TutorLMS and yours. So we need to look in to how you have configured TutorLMS, your course, and WPFunnels.
Since you are a Pro user of WPFunnels, please reach us directly via email and let us help you with priority support. This forum is for free users only.
Hope you understand.
Thanks.
Hi @simco , right now there are 2 ways to handle this.
- You may enable test mode for your payment gateway. And then test by placing orders.
- You may enable cash on delivery and place orders.
(Do not test by making actual payments. If it works on test mode, it will work the same on a live site.)
Then once testing is done, you may go to WooCommerce > Orders, select all the test orders and mark them as cancelled, and then delete them.
Unfortunately, there is no other way to test the one-click upsell as it is dependent on the checkout payment.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
Hi @simco , sorry I missed to clarify this on the previous response.
You can create a funnel without a landing page. For the other 3 funnels, start with the checkout page.
Then on the funnel with the landing page, when you drop the Next Step Button widget, in the widget settings, you can change the Next Step Button Type to “Another Funnel” and then choose the funnel you want people to enter when they click on that button.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
Hi @simco , great question there.

Hi @simco , sorry about the delayed response.
It’s great to know that it’s working now. Normally this may happen in two situations:
- The slug conflicts with another page. (Normally, this is automatically handled by the plugin to generate a unique link, but sometimes it may not happen due to a dependency from WordPress.)
The solution to this is to change the URL of the page. - It can sometimes happen if you have a caching plugin activated on your site that has caching enabled for logged-in users.
Nevertheless, if you face any further issues, let us know. Thanks.
Hi @simco , thanks for sharing your case.
You see, in WPFunnels, each funnel is designed to work for a single product variant. If you assign the parent product, then users will only be able to choose variants on the checkout page.
But what I understand is you want a funnel with a landing page where you want to offer 3 options, and based on what they choose, they will have unique funnel journeys.
In this case, you will need to create 4 funnels.
- Create a funnel for 1 bottle option
Create a funnel and assign 1 bottle-variant at the checkout. And then plan the rest of the funnel. - Create a second funnel for 3 bottles.
Here, duplicate the 2nd funnel, and the re-assign the products & copies to match the 3 bottle-variant. - Create a third funnel for 6 bottles.
Again, duplicate one of the funnels and re-assign the products & copies to match the 6 bottle-variant. - Create a separate landing page funnel.
This funnel will just have the landing page with the option to choose one of the 3 product quantities you are offering.
In this funnel, you may use 3 next-step buttons, 1 for each product. And in the widget settings, you will find the option to redirect users to a specific funnel. So you may assign the funnels you created as the ones to redirect to for the respective no. of bottles.
In this way, you can create the journey you explained above. (In fact, we are using the same process on our own website.)
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
Hi @simco , thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Can you share the following?
- Please provide a link to the funnel, and the thank you page in question.
- Take a screenshot of the funnel journey you created and share with us.
- Is this a Global Funnel or a regular funnel?
- What payment gateway are you accepting from customers?
Once you get back to us, we will assist you promptly.
Thanks.
Hi @jodamo5 , yes, I have already issued it to the team to added it to the doc.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.
Also, if you are happy with the plugin, please consider providing a quick 5-star review.
