es tut mir leid, dass du solche Schwierigkeiten hattest und der Eindruck entstanden ist, dass sich niemand darum kümmert.
Der beschriebene Fehler („unknown issue“) betrifft ausschließlich das eBay-Plugin und ist leider auch nicht immer aufgetreten.
Das Problem wurde aber bereits behoben: In der aktuellen Version funktioniert die Verbindung wieder zuverlässig.Bitte aktualisiere auf die neueste Version und teste es erneut.

We had also a No API mode but this mode is currently not working. We are searching for a solution.

This error message is from the Amazon API and means the following:
- Your account is new (within 24h)
- You have not enough sales the last 30 days
Maybe one of these reasons are possible for this country? Amazon is calculating this limit per country.

can you go to Tools -> Debug and click on the button “Drop & create queue table (data will be deleted)“?
This should re-create the table.

es tut mir natürlich Leid das du das so empfindest.Die Standard-Lizenz haben immer ein Jahr lang Updates dabei. Du kannst das Plugin allerdings natürlich auch weiterhin nutzen. Es hört sich an, als ob du die aktuellste Free-Version installiert hast. Öffne daher bitte ein Ticket bei uns, dann schicken wir dir die alte Version (2.8.9). Du knanst das Plugin auch weiterhin nutzen.
Wir haben außerdem jedem bestehenden Kunden ein sehr günstiges Angebot für ein Upgrade angeboten. Die 200-400 Euro mehr kann ich allerdings nicht nachvollziehen, weil du plötzlich das kleinste Paket mit einem All Access-Pass vergleichst.
BTW: Du hättest uns übrigens auch einmal kontakieren können, bevor du hier eine schlechte Bewertung abgibst.

Please reinstall the plugin from the directory. You can also try to download the ZIP: https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/affiliate-toolkit-starter.zip
Afterwards install the plugin manual via Upload.
