In reply to: index.php hogging resources – causing downtimeI have memcached installed and I’ve been in constant contact with both hosts about what’s going on and they can’t seem to find the issue.

In reply to: index.php hogging resources – causing downtimeWhen it first started, I got a big spike on one article (14k uniques within an hour or so.) Server went down and this has been happening ever since. Regular traffic doesn’t usually go past 3k/day.
Hey Michael, sorry for the delay. Yes, I am running AIOSEOP. What are you seeing that indicates I’m not? Maybe there’s something I didn’t configure corrently?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3 Total Cache not working with WordPress Mobile Packdone, thanks.

In reply to: People are copying my articles and my SEO/Sitemap are messed up. Help? The exact same thing is happening to me. It’s relevant to the plugin because it’s supposed to provide SEs with the correct information in the correct format to index the posts properly. That’s not happening, meaning something is screwed up.

In reply to: Can't edit posts – Autosave is messing upA plugin that caused the problem or fixed it? I wonder if it was a plugin update that did it because I haven’t added any plugins lately.

In reply to: Can't edit posts – Autosave is messing upOk it looks like if I edit an old post but edit and save it before autosave kicks in it’s fine and updates ok. It’s only when it autosaves does it give me an issue.
I edited post.php to disable autosave but I still have posts that did autosave that I desperately need to edit.

In reply to: Can't edit posts – Autosave is messing upThanks for the reply, but is there any way to do this without my brain exploding? 🙂 Are you saying I need to do this to EACH of the hundreds of posts affected?
This seems to be a “worked one minute, suddenly it won’t work anymore” thing, so I’d think there would be a solution that would just reverse it.

In reply to: Can't edit posts – Autosave is messing upTried that (commenting out the autosave line on post-new.php and post.php)
No luck, still says there’s a newer autosave version and won’t revert to it.

In reply to: Can't edit posts – Autosave is messing upbump…can anybody give me hand?

In reply to: Can't edit posts – Autosave is messing upI haven’t been able to figure out exactly which posts will update and which will, but it just seems like it’s the older ones that won’t.

In reply to: Possible site hack – MySQL problemThank you everybody, it seems changing over to 2.0.11 worked fine and didn’t break anything that I noticed yet. Whether or not that fixed my original issue I’m not sure yet, I’ll have to monitor my apache logs.

In reply to: Possible site hack – MySQL problemGood to hear Otto, I’ll backup, go to 2.0.11 and if sh*t blows up I’ll be back 🙂

In reply to: Possible site hack – MySQL problemSomeone didn’t tell me the theme would break – I upgraded (back when it was 2.1 i think) and it did break. I don’t know enough PHP to fix it. I tried again for 2.3 and as expected, it broke again. Stuff was all over the place, blogroll wouldn’t work, regular posts were considered asides, etc. I’m sure it’s fixable but I’d rather get a new theme anyway.
I think I’ll contact Feedburner and try changing to 2.0.11 for now, hopefully that fixes things for the moment.
jonimueller: I’m a huge Z-fan myself. I personally own a 91 300ZX and adore it. In fact I like the Zs so much I want to eventually collect an example of each model back to the gorgeous 240Z. I hope they don’t keep this direction with current Zs though, or the love will most certainly dwindle.
