Well, this is actually not a problem from our side and I’m a little bit surprised that your hosting couldn’t help you.When we had such situations in past all hosting providers where able to fix this in a matter of time.
We really can’t do nothing from our side, this should be fixed only by your server/hosting provider.

That’s really weird, everything works fine on our end.Could you please deactivate and remove the Blocksy Companion plugin and install and activate it one more time?
I have a feeling that somehow the update process failed.

Yes, we fixed this issue a few updates ago.If switching themes helped this means that most likely you had some old caches.
Anyway, glad everything works fine now 🙂

Everything works fine on our end.Try to make a clean WordPress site and install Blocksy theme and you will see that everything works fine.
From what I saw on your website that’s for sure a caching issue not a theme one.

This seems like a caching issue not a theme one.If you are using a caching plugin – make sure you clear/purge the caches and reset the css/js minified files.
Also please make sure that you don’t have any server side caching modules enabled.

We added this line of CSS because there are some edge cases when the content is not rendered correctly in some browsers, this CSS fixed that issue but brought another one that is also reproducing only in certain browsers 🙂We will try to investigate this more closer now and hope we will be able to come with a better improvement in the next update.
By the way, because you are using the pro version – please use the support ticketing system from our site.
