Answer: If I changed the New Order email from ‘jamiethomson@brandnewcopy.com’ to my gmail ID ‘nothingtested001@gmail.com’ then I got email. But I have tested to send a test mail from the site to this email ‘jamiethomson@brandnewcopy.com’ and I got the test mail.>>Check whether the notification emails are being filtered into a spam or junk folder.
