We only have one ticket from you which related to the installation of ioncube and it was responded to within 48 hours and was fully resolved.

It’s like the server is saying “Im too busy, come back later”. One or more of your plugins or large volumes of users are causing the database to be overloaded.
Have you cached the site with something like w3 total cache plugin?
Check with your host to ensure the database settings are good and can not be tweaked any further.Forum: Plugins

I use w3 Total Cache because I can then specify which items should or shouldnt be added, allowing plugins or themes that have js files which do not like to be moved to be ignored or excluded.
Maybe you should contact the countdown developer to ask why their plugin does not allow this and if they can change it.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: Post Editor missing in WP 3.5 after upgradeI have used bulletproof for a while now and it is a bit of a nightmare when you have an issue, but that is because it is doing things that most of us do not understand, so it is not easy to isolate the cause. AITpro is very active and replies to my questions faster than paid companies. I will definitely be upgrading to pro.
For the site I was having issues with, it turned out to be the theme which had a js item that was not being loaded and was causing the issue.

All attachments failed to be downloaded and imported. Instead, it just imported the images without downloading them, so the images are still located on the old website.
I saw what jef3000 said, so I performed an import for all content at once. The image import worked correctly. Thanks jef3000.

1) Bundles set to display within a category display correctly, but when you order it, you are taken to a blank order page with no cart or any other content within the page.
2) When I try to purchase the premium version from you, I am charged something like 20% tax, but I do not live in your country, so I do not pay your tax rate.
I dont think that I pay any tax as I am not in your country.Thank you

In reply to: [WordPress Importer] [Plugin: WordPress Importer] Not importing media libraryI just performed an import and instructed it to import the files attached to posts. All it did was import the links, so the images all show but are in the original location.
The only way I can do this is to:
1) Edit database to replace incorrect image address with the correct address.
2) Upload all images using the media library.
3) Assign each image to the correct post or page.This is a lot of extra work and will take hours on the site I am working on. Not ideal. Surely as the plugin is made by wordpress and is the plugin that they suggest you use within wordpress, they should have it tested and updated.
Is it any wonder that so many other plugins are broken or out of date when wordpress can not keep their own plugins up to date.

Many affiliates use discount coupons to help and generate an increase in clickthrough rates. This is especially popular with services such as GoDaddy.
Not many companies attach an affiliate account to a coupon code. I know that dreamhost do, but I do not know of any other hosts or domain registrars who do this.
As most companies do not allow the affiliate to be attached to the coupon code used, our plugin attaches them for you so that the user must visit the affiliate link to obtain the coupon code.
