Yep that’s pretty much what I get too. Start by making sure you aren’t trying to back up any unwanted/unused themes. It’s a waste of time if you aren’t using them. You can do this by making sure they are deselected in the files tab in the Job settings.

Thanks Daniel – sorry if I am being stupid but what do I download? I can see a list of files and folders including one that says Initial 3.0.14-beta and then to the right of that a button that says Download as Zip. What I am meant to be clicking on to download the beta version you suggest….?
No that hasn’t worked and I don’t have any file bigger than 400kb in the site (pdfs) – but there are a few of images but all optimised for web. It;s really not a very big site so I don’t know why it hasn’t worked.
Thanks Daniel I will try to reduce the time. What size do you consider to be a big file?

I can get the pop up to show but… I am also using a plug in for cookies. when you click on no or yes it refreshes the page and the pop up box disappears.I have got the show once per session unticked, Period to display dialog (every # page loads) is set to 1, Display on front page is ticked, Number of days until cookie expiration is 0 – I don’t know what else to do.
Any ideas?
