Thanks, I have two screenshots, named activated and not activated, where you can clearly see the logo issue.
Wait, SOLVED!
The theme had an option to specify one logo image for normal devices, and one for retina devices, I just removed one so their is only one option.
Now it is displaying fine, i.e. not fuzzy.

Thanks for the reply, I understand.
However, surely as this is a checkout area / block built by WC it should have support for payment methods baked in?
As mentioned by others, not even COD is available.
Guess it’s back to custom CSS’ng the old WC checkout fields until this – really awesome – block is updated, hopefully asap.
