In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Compatibility issue with wp fastest cacheHi @thescarletfire,
we’ve been working with the developer on this issue, and indeed we could not reproduce the issue on the dev site I setup for us. Even with Preload Cache, the tracking code is appended to all the pages as expected.
Here are the settings I’m using on the dev site:
I’m not sure how else to troubleshoot this issue you’re experiencing.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Slows down and make Website crash with PRO versionHi @nicoco35
as I said, unfortunately Slimstat is currently not compatible with AMP, so there’s no code you can use to make it work. This is currently a low priority feature in our wishlist, given that you’re the only user asking for it at the moment.
Thank you,

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Slows down and make Website crash with PRO versionHi @nicoco35,
Slimstat is currently not compatible with AMP, because of technical reasons. Please contact us at https://support.wp-slimstat.com/ to investigate your performance issue further.
Thank you,

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Compatibility issue with wp fastest cacheHi @thescarletfire,
we’ve tested Slimstat with Total Cache, WP SuperCache, WP Rocket (which we use on our own website), Cloudflare and others, and I can confirm that these tools are fully compatible with our plugin. I will definitely reach out to the WPFC team to see if they’re willing to look into this issue, even though I cannot guarantee that my status of “developer” can make any difference in how/when they decide to address this problem. I will keep you posted.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Compatibility issue with wp fastest cacheHi @thescarletfire,
my apologies, I thought this issue has been resolved since I hadn’t heard from you in a while. As I said here above in my previous message, it looks like a bug on their end, where they don’t call wp_footer() when in “Preload” mode, which in turns doesn’t enqueue the tracker in your source code. Could you please reach out to them and see if they have any suggestions on how to proceed? Happy to modify our source code, if there’s anything they recommend we should do on our end.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Slows down and make Website crash with PRO versionHI @nicoco35,
please try setting up Slimstat in Client Mode ( Slimstat > Settings > Basic ), and enable a caching plugin on your website to see if things improve.
Let me know,

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Traffic sources – Manually entred URLs?that’s because the definition itself of “Traffic source” is a page view that was generated by clicking on a link on an external page. I’m not sure why you would want to mix those with direct hits?

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Doesn’t show Visitors Activity@softfully I’m not sure I understand who is generating that CDN string? Is it the one we use from jsDelivr? I’m confused.

In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Does not show stats without manual interventionthank you for the detailed information. I’m sure it will be beneficial to other people having the same issue. As for Slimstat not adding the tracking code automatically, this might be related to the theme not calling
wp_footer()in its footer.php file. Or you might have other settings preventing the plugin from doing that.Best,
Jason
