Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We do send email messages with tips on how to get started and make the most out of ContactMe and users can opt out at any time with a simple click. After looking into it, we just found a bug where some users remained on the list after uninstalling the plugin. We will fix ASAP. Thanks!
