In reply to: how to change my blog descriptionOk, a little update. Today i went to the site and the title and description are completely gone. Is there a way to add them to the search engine listing without having the text and description mucking up the logo on the actual page?

In reply to: changed my homepage, now i can't login.Alright, so i deleted the database i made and tried to install it, but it said i cannot install more than one script in my root directory. Do i have to remove my previous wordpress installation and then reinstall it? Because that’s a different beast entirely.

In reply to: changed my homepage, now i can't login.Well i tried it but i got the same broken link. I think what happened was i tried to do the subdirectory thing and change the WordPress url to typhoonproductions.com/wordpress but then i thought of deleting the dreamweaver page so i didn’t proceed any further with the subdirectory thing. Now the login links are pointing to a /wordpress that isn’t there. What should i do?

In reply to: Got it installed, but hit a wall…Ah, i see. I looked into it and I did enter the folder, so i wanted to see if i could change it to my homepage, I followed the steps from the first result of that google link above, but i had to remove it first. I deleted the database like the removal instructions said, but i don’t know how to remove the Fantastico file. I probably messed up along the line somewhere here, but how do i delete the fantastico file so i can reinstall wordpress?
p.s. the YouTube was very helpful. i’ll remember that for next time.

In reply to: Got it installed, but hit a wall…Ah, well, i got it installed but i have no idea how to access it. I can’t even figure out how to set it as my homepage. How do get that working? Right now the site’s homepage is just the Placeholder my host put there.
