Our plugin should not be creating files on your website with donor information. All donor information is stored in your WordPress database. This is most likely a misconfigured webserver. Please open a support ticket with us and share FTP and admin login information so that our team can investigate.

That being said, if your website cannot go into learning mode for security reasons, Stripe has published a list of IPs that you can whitelist in WordFence instead: https://stripe.com/docs/ips
I believe WordFence has a filter that allows you to see recent blocks. Might be worth checking that log to see if our plugin or PayPal/Stripe IPs are in the list.

You should not have this enabled on a production website, these errors are only helpful for debugging and troubleshooting and they can safely be ignored.
