In reply to: [Easy PayPal Shopping Cart] Did not follow the installation processJust responded to your ticket – for anyone else that sees this thread, manually removing the free version via file manager typically resolves the issue.

In reply to: [Easy PayPal & Stripe Buy Now Button] Standard or BusinessThe new version of our plugin uses PayPal Commerce, which is the new version of PayPal Payments. PayPal is phasing out the old payment system that we have been using since the launch of this plugin.
Depending on your country, a business account may be required for the new integration.
We will update the FAQ to reflect this change.

In reply to: [Easy PayPal Shopping Cart] QuestionThe free version of our plugin does not offer inventory management. In the pro version, there is an inventory feature, however it does not change the button, it simply adds a sold out notice.
Thank you for letting us know – we’ll add that to our documentation.
I am not familiar with the tabbed layout you are using for the PayPal/Stripe form. Is this a custom theme? Can you try disabling the style customization?

In reply to: [Easy PayPal Events & Tickets] Buttons redirecting to wp adminI don’t think our plugin has any error messages like that. Do you have any special security plugins that might be restricting access to our plugin? Users do not need to be admins to purchase event tickets.

In reply to: [Easy PayPal Events & Tickets] No Email, no QR Code, no nw orders in backendPlease make sure you have set up IPN in your PayPal account to notify your website – https://wpplugin.org/documentation/setting-up-ipn-notifications-on-paypal/
If you have done this and still don’t see any updates on your website, make sure you don’t have a security plugin such as WordFence that is blocking PayPal from communicating with your website.
Excellent, glad to hear that you were able to get your PayPal account corrected and the plugin is working!
That is an issue with your PayPal account, not our plugin. It means exactly what it says – your account is not eligible to receive “Donations” via PayPal.
You should contact PayPal regarding your account’s eligibility, or alternatively, you can use our regular non-donations plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ecommerce-paypal/

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] Paypal – don’t ask for addressI am fairly sure that PayPal will collect address regardless for billing purposes.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] successful payment marked failedNancy – if it randomly stops working, or you are seeing inconsistencies, it is almost always caused by a cache or CDN plugin. Please see https://wpplugin.org/documentation/payment-status-is-showing-as-failed/ for details.
The logs you’ve provided in your screenshot are temporary logs, and the IP is from the PayPal API, so based on what you’ve posted I don’t see anything unusual.

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] PaylPal Donate PluginI would suggest contacting PayPal – this is likely an issue with your account, not our plugin.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on] jQuery is not definedredirect_method.js is how we redirect the user to payment when the form is submitted. We try to do this without a hard page reload, which is why it’s called at the top. redirect_method.js adds an event listener to try and grab the form as soon as the user clicks submit to take them to payment, before CF7 submits the data.

In reply to: [Accept Donations with PayPal & Stripe] Failed to load resources… pixel.gifIt looks like PayPal has deprecated the pixel.gif URL. We’ll mark this as a bug and resolve it with an update. Thank you!
