How to update?1. Click the above link to download the Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce plugin ZIP file.
2. Go to your site’s plugin dashboard.
3. Remove the old one and upload the downloaded one (the new one). Your saved data will be safe-don’t worry.
4. Activate it.Note: The following changes will be included in our next official update(Tomorrow).

Your screenshot swatches comes from your Flatsome theme – see is there any settings in flatsome theme to enable disabled out of stock items from variation if not please contact theme support regarding the same. They might be in a better position to answer your query with that swatches settings.

Can you please go to the following place and see if any log recorded in that place.
Go to Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs in there top right dropdown search for the prefix “fatal-errors-” with latest date – post that details here or see you can find any information related to back in stock notifier inside that log.
This will help us to assist you better.

From your requirement you want to show a subscribe form only when all the variations associated to that variable product become out of stock? If so this can be easily achieved by the following settings of woocommerce.
Go to Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory -> Out of stock visibility -> Enable this option
In addition to that please do cross check in our settings page option as well Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Visibility Settings -> Ignore WooCommerce Out of Stock Visibility Settings for Variation -> Uncheck that option(if it is checked already)
With the following option, out of stock variation will be hidden from variation dropdown of woocommerce(front-end), so based on your requirement if all variations become out of stock, there is no variation dropdown in front-end instead it displays “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.” Next to that our subscribe form will appear where any subscription goes to a variable product.
In our last version of back in stock notifier we added feature like if any subscribers subscribed to variable product, later if any of variations belongs to that variable product back in stock we send instock email
“Tweak: Trigger Back In Stock Email to Variable Product Subscribers if any variation belongs to variable product become instock”Rest everything will work as you expect.

We’re here to assist you, We’re really sorry for the problem you’ve faced, sometimes we might miss something by your testing scenario but it will be easy for us to provide a fix when you explain on how you test our plugin?
1. Is your site stock managed from any third-party inventory?
2. Can you please share the screenshot of our status page and please try Test Email option to see that your admin email received any dummy test mail to check for email delivery?
3. Please check our settings page for Background Process Selection Engine option and make sure WooCommerce Background Process option selected?
4. Is our subscribe form appear in front-end for out of stock products?
5. Is your query about sending email? If so we record each activities of our plugin as log in Admin Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> Top right drop-down select prefix back-in-stock-notifier with latest date which will have all the required information to troubleshoot the issue in detail.As a small team we do a lot of effort in keep support this plugin, it hard for us to see such negative feedback, please do reconsider edit your existing review and allow us to assist you further

Are you referring to different variations? Let say Product have 3 different variations For example Small/Medium and Large, in there you want to hide the subscribe form for specific variations right? If so it can be doable in our Visibility settings itself, go to Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Visibility Settings -> Show/Hide Subscribe Form for specific products in there please search your variation and set the visibility(show/hide)
