We noticed that you are using Avada theme, seems avada shows out of stock lable in two places, that’s why it happened for your website.
We have the solution for you, which you can remove using css, add it in your theme css/theme custom css settings
.woocommerce-variation.single_variation .cwginstock-subscribe-form { display: none !important; }Please note this above css applicable only for your theme.

If you want just Product Name use the following shortcode {only_product_name} this will remove sku along with id so you can able to see only product name in email.

We have an option in our settings page to overcome such issues, please go to your Admin Dashboard -> Instock Notifier -> Settings -> Scroll to the bottom of the page and find “Troubleshoot Settings” Enable the checkbox in that settings and check it out.

Sorry for lacking documentation over that option(we will sure add it in our plugin description page).
Actually we use WordPress Background Process Engine as the default(which we loaded background process library in core) so the functionality is same in both option means sending mail in a background process(queue concept). Only difference is you can track the scheduled background list of actions in WooCommerce Background Process Engine(Action Scheduler) also you can track the details if it is failed/executed in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions Tab
If you encounter any issue in Default try to switch WooCommerce Background Process Engine to see it works.

We just updated our plugin which has your reported fix. Sorry for the trouble. First of all thanks for your honest review 🙂
1. For Design Customization – Please check our add-ons page/plugin description page for more details as we have custom css add-on(paid one) we’re not allowed to promote our paid add-ons in support so we ask you to check our description page.
2. Poor English – We love to correct it if you pin point which one/place it is? Apparently we provide an option to customize wordings for subscribe form and Email Content.
3. Biggest Bug – Since for us hard to say why it is not work? We provide send in stock email button only for manual testing, as our plugin is intended to send instock email automatically when you restock product(from out of stock to instock). Have you troubleshoot the issue by deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and our back in stock notifier plugin to see it works for you? Also if we have Background Process Engine Selection in settings page please choose WooCommerce Background Process and check the automatic flow(you will see the log of scheduled actions in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions Tab)

It depends on your server configuration you might see some delay(if huge list of subscriber data belongs to instock product then it will take some time to finish), we have couple of option to choose background process engine in our settings page, we suggest you to use WooCommerce Background Process and try it out(hope this will be quick) also you can see the status of scheduled actions(background process) in WooCommerce -> Status -> Scheduled Actions Tab

Looks like in your side nonce was not validated(also it was not our plugin advise me if i am wrong?) it may because of Cache plugin which cached the content including nonce so while verification it was cached nonce so verification got failure. You can flush the cache or set the cache timeout to solve this kind of issue. Additionally,
We also have an option in our settings page which is google recaptcha v2 checkbox, this is the alternate way of verify nonce, if you enable this recaptcha and verify response in server option enabled in our settings page will solve your reported issue even your page is under cache.Let us know

Yes there will be a delay in coming is because we use background process to send email when the product back in stock. Glad your reported one was resolved.
