In reply to: [Download Manager] UncustomizeableActually it is not true :), if you want to create your own template, rather then editing core file you need to create a template file in your theme dir, single-wpdmpro.php for file info page and taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php for category page.
In pro version for custom template you need to copy tpls dir to your active theme dir, rename it to download-manager, then you can edit those templates as per your need.
So, Plugin is customizable enough as it should be. And about support, we reply twice a day in pro support forum 🙂
