    This plugin works, as long as you don’t want to customize it at all.

    Their template system literally involves editing core plugin files. This plugin fails to use best coding practices and even seems to find downright bad coding practices and use them instead.

    Don’t expect timely, useful, or professional help, even with pro support.

    All around an absolutely terrible plugin.

    Actually it is not true :), if you want to create your own template, rather then editing core file you need to create a template file in your theme dir, single-wpdmpro.php for file info page and taxonomy-wpdmcategory.php for category page.

    In pro version for custom template you need to copy tpls dir to your active theme dir, rename it to download-manager, then you can edit those templates as per your need.

    So, Plugin is customizable enough as it should be. And about support, we reply twice a day in pro support forum 🙂
