However, it also could be conflict with other active plugin or active theme, please try deactivating other plugins temporarily to find the conflicting plugin. FYI, I’m not seeing any such issue in my installation, also no other user reported any such issue.

To receive IP properly you need to enable message delivery ( https://www.evernote.com/l/AV3AR5LFdAJKHZ7GNILssW28TOJBy4B9T4AB/image.png ). Still sometimes there could be some delays in receiving IPN due to your server reach-ability from paypal.
