I found your post here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/downloads-not-rendering/ and which was replied on the same day. However, if you posted in our forum at wpdownloadmanager.com may you please give me your username, I shall check your issue. However, in any standard WordPress environment, download manager works without any trouble, no matter how many files are there 1000s or more.
