In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Related Posts – Categories MissingI’ve got one message sent by email, saying that it’s a valid issue and will be fixed in a future update, and the message above saying that it’s my website’s fault.
Which is the real message?Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Strange Stuff…Ok, so I’m going to launch another website in the next few days, I’ll use the same Litespeed server and document the speed before, during, and after Litespeed has generated the optimised files, and let you know.
Hi @tekgirlymama it’s not proven to be dangerous as such, but when a plugin goes from just needing one permission (analytics data) to five permissions (analytics, front-end, back-end, when you go for a poo etc) overnight, it’s not really worth the hassle.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Strange Stuff…Well I don’t know about that, it’s been cached since late Sunday night I thought.
Is there no real documentation for how to set this cache up?
I’ve never known a plugin that needs so much attention as this one.
Nevertheless I’ve sent a report number – JOAKQMMMForum: Plugins
In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] Strange Stuff…I tried it at the weekend just after I activated a new theme.
Shortly after, I then activated the LSC minify tools, when the load time shot up from milliseconds to 3-4 seconds – meaning I reset everythingYeah, there’s no ‘best practices’ section for Elementor to be found anywhere though, just all these ‘build a website’ videos with everything thrown together in various mish-mashes, and then the video author needing to ‘apologise’ when it comes to editing for mobile and tablets – including the video above.
For instance I’m looking at Brizy at the moment which has full instructions on colour palates, universal text editing, and then finally each section/block explained by rote in order to build a full website.
Elementor it seems takes the stance of a ‘run before you can walk’ attitude.Hey @er123 don’t get me wrong – it CAN be done.
But by the time you’ve finished messing around with three different edits on all of your pages, you just may as well save some time and use a default WordPress theme.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Related Posts pt2I’m not using amp on any other websites so I’m afraid the answer is no.
One more thing after yesterdays update, all of my amp builder modules for the front page got deleted, so I changed the homepage and everything worked again.
Only reason I found out about this was that google started moaning about there being an error in an amp link on my homepage.Site url for analysis is https://www.midlandsmaidens.com though site kit is deleted again.
Just re-tested and Site Kit is still knocking the widgets out
No special configuration on any of the above widgets, they just stopped showing as I recall.

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Related Posts pt2Right I dont know if you can make any sense of this, but if I change the related posts to ‘tags’ rather than ‘categories’ they all start to show up.
I reckon the categories option needs a bit of a whack with an iron bar.
Now set to:
