Hello,
Thank you for the reply.
Unfortunately, the error log is not showing any information.
Are there certain plugins that are known to conflict?
The plugin was used successfully on another website, so was hoping to use it again, but can’t seem to figure out what’s interfering.

In reply to: [Easy Forms for Mailchimp] EU Compliance Checkbox is showing full widthHi Kevin,
Thanks for the quick response. Can I send you details via email?
I’ve taken care of the update and tested some old links on my social media pages. I was redirected to the new post pages, so we’re back in business!
Thank you very much for getting on this so quickly today. Your plugin really helps us out, as we have many old links out there. Really appreciate it.
Cheers!
Wonderful, thank you!
You should have my message in your Inbox now.
I sent it via your website contact form.
Thank you.
Sure, let me send you an e~mail on your website with more info, if that is helpful.
I’d be happy to, but I am not seeing the Debug Log βAdvancedβ tab.
— Okay, I realized you needed me to test a url. I have done this now with one of the 404 pages I had logged in Google Analytics, and was able to find the correct post page based on title. HOWEVER, if I try an old link on Pinterest, for example, I am not redirected to the correct post page.

In reply to: Funny looking Dashboard.Based on that screenshot, you don’t appear to have Admin status. The person needs to grant you access as a site Admin.
Joe,
You are so not kidding about PayPal forever changing their website. Very frustrating!
Anyway, I was able to find the Sandbox Merchant/Seller ID. Had to login to the Sandbox biz account to get it. Ran the test and… success!
You know, one of the first plugins I ever used was WP to Twitter. Thank you a for another good one! My Tickets totally saved us. We were trying to use something else, got through setting up everything, and went into testing only to discover that there was no guest checkout option. Heck!! This is not how it was presented to us originally, so we were pretty upset. Thankfully, we could easily integrate My Tickets with all events we already set up. Whew!
Thanks again for staying on top of this today. Your time and help was very much appreciated!
Best,
LiP.S. Does it typically take time for the transaction to show in PayPal? We see it has completed in the backend, but nothing in PayPal Sandbox biz account yet.
Also, can we change the image on the receipt like we do for the printable ticket? We selected “Featured Image for Event” as the “Image shown on tickets” — but the receipt page shows the default WordPress letter W.
Joe,
I thought you were on to something, but the Sandbox email in the PayPal settings makes no difference. We still get the error page.
I see the message My Tickets is currently in testing mode. No financial transactions will be processed. at the bottom of the site, so I know we’re in testing mode, but we still get the error page before we can use our Sandbox credentials to pay for the purchase.
Is there a Sandbox Merchant/Seller ID we need to enter? I’ve never noticed one before when using Sandbox to test on other sites.
If we can get this to work, your plugin is really going to save the day for us.
Hi Joe,
Thanks for the response. Yes, we are in testing mode.
When going through with the test purchase, we enter first name, last name, email, confirm email, and then select the ticket type.
Next, we click on Review Cart and Make Payment. We then get the Review and Purchase page, and are able to click on Make Payment Through PayPal. After doing so, we get the error page, so we aren’t even able to use our Sandbox credentials to do the purchase.
No idea where to go from here based on the error. We tried searching it, but came up with nothing.
A strange thing we noticed is that the purchase shows as Pending in our backend, but we didn’t even have a chance to use our Sandbox Credentials to go through with payment, so not sure how it’s even being noted in the Payments section of My Tickets.

In reply to: [WP Events Manager] Without user login need to do paymentHello ThimPress and Lee (Contributors & Developers of WP Events manager),
We’re looking for the exact same feature. We need people to Buy event tickets without having to login into our site. There is no need for them to be registered users first. We need a Guest buy/checkout option!
I have read about this request in other ThimPress forums, and speak for many when I say that we would like to see the Guest checkout feature added in an upcoming release of WP Events Manager.
Let us choose whether we want buyers to register and login first, or just check out as guests.
We await your reply.
Thanks very much

In reply to: New Version of the ThemeHi Motorised,
I am having the exact same issue with the Tesseract theme today. Was doing just fine yesterday, but logged in today and nothing there was the error message.
To gain access to your dashboard again, you need to login to your cPanel and switch from the Tesseract theme to one of the default themes (ex.twentysixteen) via the wp-options in phpMyAdmin. Reload your dashboard afterwards and you should be fine.
Meanwhile, maybe you can try Tyler Moore via his Facebook page and leave a message. https://www.facebook.com/conutant
Let me know if you get anywhere.
Thanks
