Hi Ketan,
I updated the plugin, but it did not correct the issue. It does not matter if I put the shortocde on a regular WordPress page or an Elementor page, I still have the same problem.
I also checked your Free Demo page and I see that the problem is happening there. On your demo page you have four different shortcodes — Album, Album Slider, Gallery Grid, and Gallery Slider.
Now, for example, if I click on the first one — Album 6 — a new page opens to show all of the images in Album 6, BUTunderneath the images I also see the shortocodes/content you have for Album Slider, Gallery Grid, and Gallery Slider.
This should not happen because that shortcode content is part of the Main Album page, and not part of Album 6 that I selected. If I select Album 6, then I should ONLY see images for Album 6, and a link to go back to the Main Album page.
Please see for yourself on your demo page and let me know if it can be fixed.
Thank you
β MKetan,
Hello, again. π
I just tried the shortcode on a regular WordPress page where I used it to add three different album sliders one after the other, and above each one I typed a title to so visitors would now what each slider was about, and I am having the same issue as the Elementor page.
So, clicking on a album opens it in a new page with all of the images showing, BUT after all of the images, I also see the title for each of the other albums that I added to the main gallery page.
Hope you can help figure this out.
Thanks
– MHi Ketan,
Thanks for the response.
Would be great in future if we had the option to simply display album categories in a grid format where an image represents each category. Then, if a user clicks on the image that represents the album category, the user can see ALL of the albums in the category displayed as a grid on the page.
Something to consider!
Thank you
-MHi Harshad,
I do have WP-Optimize version 3.2.3 on another website that also has Shield Security installed and there is no issue.
As for the website that I wrote about yesterday, I’m going to keep WP-Optimize disabled for now (since I don’t use it for caching) while you work on a new release that will provide greater compatibility for plugins that use the older Monolog library.

Paul,
Thank you very much for the response and explanation. I will take it up with WPO developers. Let’s see if we can get them to sort this out. π

Hello Mirko,
We did try some of those steps already, such as:
1. Used WP Optimize to cleanup the database
2. WordPress and WooCommerce are already up-to-date
3. Disabled caching plugins; used WP Optimize to clean up again
4. WooCoomerce database updateAlso, we tried to regenerate the product tables, and this sort of worked. We got some products to come up in the search, but not all of them.
We will try step 5 now.
Thanks,
MHi Emre,
We are also using Autoptimize plugin.
If we disable WP Fastest Cache and just use Autoptimize, everything is fine for the logged in users.
Of course, we also want to use WP Fastest Cache to help with caching on our site.
So, what do you think? Any ideas why only the Home page is the problem?
– M
Emre,
Yes, I already explained in my message above that we tried to enable the Logged-in User option to βDonβt show the cached version for logged-in usersβ — but this did not work.
So, what do you suggest? How to fix?
Thank you,
MPrathamesh,
Thank you for the update. I hope the team will be able to solve this issue.
– M
Hi Prathamesh,
We sent you a email with the export file.
Thank you
Nithin,
Thank you for responding.
We’d be happy to share the export file, but not in this public space.
Can we email to you?

Hello,
We are having the exact same issue when we try to add a new event, or edit an existing event.

Please provide a fix ASAP. We have events coming up that need to have tickets sales working.
Thank you,
MHello,
Thanks for the reply.
As I explained, I already have what you suggested figured out for my blog posts.
The issue is that Sassy Social Share also shows the images from the Related Posts (You Might Also Like…) section that is automatically populated by my theme at the bottom of my posts. I donβt want this to happen, so I was wondering if there is a way to stop Sassy Social share from showing the related posts images at the bottom of my posts when trying to Choose a Pin to save.
Thanks
β MAugustus,
We are still waiting to hear from you regarding LearnPress Assignments version 3.2.2 plugin. When we sign into our account on thimpress.com, there are no plugin updates to download.
As we already explained, we purchased the Eduma theme and all LearnPress plugins came bundled with the theme, so our updates come through the Plugins page on our website. The last update for LearnPress Assignments is version 3.1.4.
Please, we need version 3.2.2 right away. We have students who can’t take courses for weeks now and we can’t make changes, etc.
Thank you.
– M
Hello,
There is nothing in the thimpress.com account for download. All updates come through the plugins page (or Eduma page) on our website. There are no updates showing for Eduma (which we purchased via Themeforest) or LearnPress or any of the plugins.
Why don’t you provide the update via WordPress plugin page like usual?
