In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search] Widgets not displaying on root shop pageHi @adampatterson,
When you tried with the TwentryTwentyOne theme, have you deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Ajax Search?
Note that the plugin works perfectly on a basic WordPress installation with WooCommerce and a default WordPress theme.
Please also try to rule out any cache related problems.
Let us know.Hi @christian70,
As you said, the fields are mandatory 🙂 It’s not possible to skip this step.

In reply to: [YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce] performanceHi @marinblu,
Can you provide a URL where I can see the issue?
Also, please provide a screenshot of the plugin’s settings.
Thank you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce] all products sets to pre-orderHi @filmguerilla,
I’m sorry but the option “Uncheck this option to disable all Pre-Order features on Frontend” simply disables the frontend features. In other words, the code intended for the frontend stuff is not loaded.
This option cannot change the pre-order status of any product. Therefore, what you are describing is not possible.
Have you by any chance used the Premium version?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode] Using WooCommerce for offsite transactionsHi @scottrobins,
Yes, the Catalog Mode plugin can disable the Cart and Checkout pages and also can hide the add to cart buttons for all products.

In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Subscription] Fatal ErrorHi @pexlechris,
This error arises because the product from some order has been deleted.
However, you have a very old version of the plugin, you should keep it updated.Regarding the error, I have reported the developers to add a check to the next release that will prevent this error when a product is deleted. Thank you.

what kind of customization?
Plugin customization. A development work to fit your needs, since what you are looking for is not included in the plugin. You need to find a developer that can make this work for you.

In reply to: [YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce] Preorder productsHi @a0394,
I’m sorry, I don’t quite understand your question. The pre-order status can be set only to simple products and variations. What do you mean by “considered as variations”?

In reply to: [YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce] No request a quote button appearsHi @i-visio,
I cannot reproduce the issue in a basic WordPress installation with Twenty Twenty-One theme active and WooCommerce and YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce enabled. With this configuration, the plugin is working fine.
Please, in order to discard a plugin conflict, make sure only these plugins are activated and you are using the latest version for both.

In reply to: [YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce] add field to email templateHi @joankeyter,
Unfortunately, the free version of this plugin doesn’t include such a feature, I’m sorry.
Hi @jakese7en,
This is odd. The plugin uses the method
get_name()which should show the variation’s attributes on the name. Please be sure you are not using this filter on your installation that might modify the product’s title:
‘woocommerce_product_get_name’Also, I suggest you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and YITH PayPal Express Checkout for WooCommerce, use a default WordPress theme and run a new test to check if the product’s name is correct.
Hi @hellsinger,
Perhaps there is a plugin or theme conflict in your installation since I cannot reproduce this issue in my local installation. Do you experience this problem if you set a default WordPress theme and deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and gateway plugins?
