In reply to: [Book a Room] 24hr instead of AM/PMIt looks like you have set 30 minute increments. How many cleanup increments are you using? For 30 minutes, it should probably be 1 increment (30 minute cleanup time). If you put 30 for cleanup increments, it’s actually 30 increments of 30 minutes each, or a 15 hour cleanup interval.

I want to add an option to pick 12/24 hour, and then I have to find all instances of time and re-code them to use the chosen style. Give me a little bit and I’ll try and get something together soon.

In reply to: [Book a Room] Changing the request formThere is more to it than just that line, and, unfortunately, I don’t have the free time to customize the code individually. That’s just the code on the template to display it, the error checking routines are separate and in another file. Removing things that are required like this will make the form impossible to submit since you pulled a field that is still being checked for.

Are you on multisite? Can you back up and try it with the latest updated version. If it’s an official update, it shouldn’t wipe any data, that’s weird also.

Can you try one and screenshot the Denied list with that ticket, and then the date on the request form where it still shows in the hours?

In reply to: [Book a Room] Reservations wont DeleteMy workflow doesn’t act the same way. I can’t recreate this bug, unfortunately so it’s hard to fix. I’m visually going through my steps to make sure we’re looking at the same things.

Step 1: New ticket is in.
Step 2: Times show on hours list.
Step 3: Accept the reservation.
Step 3a: (Times are still shown on the list)
Step 4: Deny the now approved reqeust (both on the list page and view page were tried)
Step 5: Hours are free.Can you let me know what version of Book a Room, and PHP you are using?

I just created an event, saw it on the calendar while it was Pending.
I went in and approved it.
I then did a search, found it (approved), checked it and changed it to Denied. It no longer shows up on the hours list in the calendar on that date.
Am I doing this the same way that you are?

In reply to: [Book a Room] Can I set a minimum occupancyThere is no minimum occupancy, but all requests have to be approved, so you can deny a request and tell them why.
At this moment, there is a blanket fee, not individual room fees.
