Have you tried different rooms and different dates?

In reply to: [Book a Room] some solots become unavailableCan you Check the Days Buffer for Reserve and Days Allowed to Reserve in the settings. These specify a range in which people can register.

In reply to: [Book a Room] some solots become unavailableThis looks like you have entered setup and cleanup increments as if they were minutes. When you set an increment value, say to 30 minutes, then 1 setup increment would be a 30 minute slot before each meeting. If you put, say, 15 for the setup increments, that means that 15, separate, 30 minute increments are unavailable before each meeting.
Check those setup and cleanup values first and let me know.

In reply to: [Book a Room] some solots become unavailablePreston, I’m not sure if your problem is the same, especially since it’s not happening on every room and you’ve modified your code some. @hmatsu, do you have Setup or Cleanup increments in the Book a Room General settings?

In reply to: [Book a Room] some solots become unavailableDo you have cleanup or setup increments in your settings? This puts that number of unavailable slots before and/or after each meeting to allow you time to setup or cleanup. Make those 0 in the general settings and try again.
