The maximum occupancy just limits the amount of people patrons can schedule for a room. I’m not sure what a minimum occupancy would be used for? Can you give me more information of what you want to do?
Yes – I’m doing some work for a client who has several conference rooms of varying sizes to rent out. He would like to set a minimum occupancy for some of the larger ones so that (for instance) ten people don’t try to rent a room that seats 100.
I also thought of another question: how can I set different dollar amounts for different rooms?
There is no minimum occupancy, but all requests have to be approved, so you can deny a request and tell them why.
At this moment, there is a blanket fee, not individual room fees.
