In reply to: 3.5.1 media upload and attachment problemOOPS! I forgot to find out the pastebin url. I tried twice more. I logged in and made two public pastebin entries called “CGI error log”. I couldn’t find a url. If it’s what I was supposed to send, you might be able to see it by visiting pastebin.com.

In reply to: 3.5.1 media upload and attachment problemPlease forgive me, I still don’t understand what I’m supposed to send. You wrote “it’s” a log file – did “it’s” refer to the CGI file I have? Or to some other file I’m supposed to get from my host? Anyway, for whatever it’s worth, I tried sending you the CGI log in the pastebin.

In reply to: 3.5.1 media upload and attachment problemYes, they refered me to the “CGI” log. Is that what you meant? Or did you want the javascript error log from my Chrome browser console? (I couldn’t log into my dashboard from Firefox, nor from Explorer.)

In reply to: [Cyclone Slider] How do you insert shortcode?Correction to above: I discovered that although on “edit page”, one sees the shortcode in the visual mode that one inserted in the text (HTML) mode, the visitor does not see any shortcode on the page. The slideshow does show up. Mark this resolved.
