Yes, they added 2 to the cart but 4 got generated and they received 4 tickets whilst only paying for 2. Just one raffle in use. Lots of other tickets have been generated and sold and all fine but just this one duplicated for some reason.

Sorry, yes, I disabled to try and find a workaround. PPOM fields are back in now if you are able to take a look that would be great. I’ve tried disabling all the non vital plugins that were running put still occurs. Thanks!

Thanks for your response, i’ve tried a load of different videos, the one I actually want to go in there is from Animoto actually but i’ve tried youtube videos too and just having the code present on the page isn’t letting me publish the page. If i use the same code on a page rather than a post it works fine so i know the code is good.

It was an old one for an ecommerce platform called Venda, i just deleted it since i don’t use it anymore and restarted firefox. Then everything was fine!

yes, i can see everything fine in all the other browsers i’ve checked, safari, chrome, ie etc but firefox just suddenly had this issue (it was fine a few days ago too).
I’ll see if i can check on another machine, maybe there’s just a problem with my firefox browser.

That was exactly my problem, many thanks! I checked without the www and it all works perfect.
I’m still trying to solve my www and non www problems (i seem to have some pages resolving to the www and some without now (in which case the plugin pops up again) but hopefully i’ll be able to figure that out!

I have the same problem (tested on firefox, ie) The message at the top doesn’t dissapear after accepting or declining? It seems to work only in chrome?
