    Hoi!

It’s difficult to pinpoint what may be the cause with the plugin disabled, but I can’t see anything that would prevent the plugin from functioning properly.

There is a minor error with jQuery-ui.resizable (used by “author -avatars”), but it should not prevent other scripts from running. You could double-check if this is indeed the case, however.

Cookillian will set a cookie (starting with “cookillian_”) depending on the action taken by the visitor. Using Google Chrome’s “Developer Tools”, you should see this in the “Resources” tab. There’s also a plugin for FireFox that allows you to see it.

    Hi,

I have the same problem (tested on firefox, ie) The message at the top doesn’t dissapear after accepting or declining? It seems to work only in chrome?

@chickchick: In your case, this is due to security features of browsers. Is your website setup without the “www.” in front of the domain (see WordPress Administration -> Settings -> General)? If that is the case, the website should also be accessed without the “www.” part (in which case everything appears to be working fine for your site).

    Hi Myatu,

That was exactly my problem, many thanks! I checked without the www and it all works perfect.

I’m still trying to solve my www and non www problems (i seem to have some pages resolving to the www and some without now (in which case the plugin pops up again) but hopefully i’ll be able to figure that out!

    Big thank you!

    Good to hear 🙂

As for the www and non-www problem, Scott Forsyth has given a well detailed example on how to create a rule on IIS, redirecting non-www requests to www requests. Maybe that will be of help.

    I’ll check it out, thanks!
