In reply to: [WooCommerce] Small images on Product pageHi @nudgephelps! How’s it going today?
If I understood you correctly, you want to remove the pagination from the product page using the Storefront theme, is that correct?
If so, you can navigate to the WordPress dashboard and then:
Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product page
Uncheck the Product pagination item, then click on the Save changes button!

Let me know how it goes! My very best!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product count without word “products”This is a bit out of scope for us, to achieve this you’ll need some custom PHP code, and you’ll be able to find free plugins on https://wordpress.org/ by using the “custom stock status” search term.
Or even using some translator plugin, to completely remove/change that word.
If those tips don’t help, the best way to look for customizations is by checking out this link:
https://woocommerce.com/customizations
I hope that helps! All the best!
Hi @agizzie!
This looks like some caching issue, to help me diagnose it better, can you give the following a try, please?
- Clear your browser’s cache or try to use a different browser;
- If you’re using a caching plugin, try to purge them all;
- Double-check with your hosting if there is some cache system on their side too;
After clearing it up, if the issue persists, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Variations not importedHi @quedao
If I understood you correctly when you’re updating a product, it’s important to provide the correct product ID, and if it’s not automatically matched, you can match it to the ID field.
If the product has a Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) value, you’ll also need to provide this information in your CSV file.
And then, since we’re updating existing products, make sure you select the Update Existing Products checkbox.

If you have lots of products, you can create a simple CSV import file, with a single product for testing purposes.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error empty button cartHi @despi
Thanks for sharing more details with us! This seems to be handled by your theme, which seems to be the Astra theme.
I am saying this because I’ve requested a WAVE report, just like you did, using a basic install (WooCommerce and StoreFront theme), and it didn’t show this error on the Add to cart button!
I’d recommend checking it directly with your theme developers on how to add some alt text/value on that button.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Variations not importedHi @quedao!
I’m glad to hear that you figured it out, and thanks for sharing what you did with the community! It’s awesome!
Also, you can tick the box to update existing products handled by SKU’s and/or IDs while uploading a CSV file!
You can read more details here:
https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/#update-existing-products
I am marking this as resolved, but please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have other questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] is there option to change product imageIf I understood you correctly, what you’re trying to achieve is to hide some product variations according to the user selected option, e.g: If the user selects a black t-shirt, all the other variations of colors, should be hidden, but not the size of them, is that correct?
If so, this is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.
I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the
#developerschannel of the WooCommerce Community Slack.We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] какой код написать для изменения цвета?Hi @importlamp!
I used Google translator to check your message, and looks like you’re asking how to customize your Add to cart button with some CSS, is that correct?
This is a bit out of scope for us, and since you didn’t share your website URL, I am not able to check which classes you may need to change to do that!
Alternatively, you can ask directly to your theme developer how to change it, or check the link below for customizations:
https://woocommerce.com/customizations
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] displaying itemized shipping costs1. How do I show itemised shipping costs in the cart and checkout (next to the product cost?)
By default, WooCommerce usually shows the shipping cost at least at your checkout page.
You may need to add some shipping zones to see them:
https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/
2. If something has a shipping class of Free Shipping (ie set as a 0 in the shipping class), how do I display the text FREE Shipping against the product in the cart/checkout
The text is also automatically applied when you apply the rule of free shipping to a zone.
You can also change that text, e.g: from Free Shipping to No Cost! by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping, click on the shipping method that you added the free shipping method, and then click on the Shipping method to edit!
You’ll be able to change the Title field!
https://woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/
3. If something is big and bulky and needs a bespoke shipping cost, if the user adds this to their cart, how do I display a message telling them to call for shipping details?
If I understood you correctly,you want to add some conditional logic to restrict the shipping methods for some specific products, is that correct?
You can achieve that by using a plugin like this one:
https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have questions about it!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Standard Tax of 20% showing as 17!Setting up taxes can be a complex task, and before we start talking about that, I need to let you know that we’re not tax professionals so our advice is how to use our software. For specific advice when it comes to what or when to charge tax/VAT/GST etc, we recommend consulting with a tax professional or an accountant on what may be your best options.
That said, you may need to know that when you add prices inclusive of VAT, this is how it works:
tax_amount = price - ( price / ( ( tax_rate_% / 100 ) + 1 ) )Adding a £1 product inclusive of taxes means that your product costs 0.83p (£1 / £1.20).
20% of 0.83p is 17p!
Makes sense?
You can learn more about setting up taxes here:
