Thanks, but there is only how to hide the number which I want to have it, I only need to hide that word after.
As I see in the first photo of that guide it is in a slightly different style as I have. I like it as it is on first photo of that guide. I want to have it like that. I mean name of category and after that count of products in bracket nothing else.

This is a bit out of scope for us, to achieve this you’ll need some custom PHP code, and you’ll be able to find free plugins on https://wordpress.org/ by using the “custom stock status” search term.
Or even using some translator plugin, to completely remove/change that word.
