  • Hey @reggiequestions

No worries! You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack.

We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

I am marking this as resolved also, so feel free to create another topic if you have questions about WooCommerce! Thanks again! 🙂

    Hi @sebastienfry

Can you share more details with us of what exactly are you trying to achieve? Maybe a screenshot can help us to understand and visualize it better!

I’d recommend using this tool to take screenshots:

I hope to hear from you soon! All the best!

Hi @luketapis, thanks for sharing that with us!

It seems that the error is coming from a plugin named beeketing-for-woocommerce, using a deprecated function and also a plugin called wooswipe, calling an undefined function. I’d recommend checking directly with the plugin developers for a fix.

However, if you opt for disabling both, you may need to purge all your cache, if you use a caching plugin and also check out with your hosting company if they are using some kind of caching system on their side too.

    My very best!

    Hi @eaglerose!

I have checked your staging site, and I am getting an error when accessing a random category page, it says:

DevTools failed to load source-map: Could not load content for https://staging.instructormusic.com/wp-content/plugins/mp3-music-player-by-sonaar/public/js/iron-audioplayer/moment.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

It seems not related to WooCommerce, however, when something is not working properly, even if it’s not related, your site may load but it’s could not look or behave as expected.

I’d recommend checking out with the Plugin developer for that error. Also, disabling the plugin or fixing it, we may need to clear up your site’s cache.

You can do it by purging them all if you use a caching plugin, and also, I’d recommend checking out with your hosting for any caching system on their side too.

If you’re not seeing this error anymore and are still having issues with that, reach out to us again, with a copy of your System Status Report.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We’ll be happy to take a closer look at it again! All the best!

    Hi @tinypinc

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

If applicable, you can also share a screenshot of the issue, so we can visualize it better!

I’d recommend using this tool to take screenshots.

    Thanks!

    Hi @timelymanner1

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Hi @icommllc

You may need to create your own topic, filling up the requested fields, so we can take a closer look at it!

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/#new-topic-0

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status on that new topic?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    All the best!

    Hi @assurfivo

I am afraid that it’s not related to WooCommerce, but with your WordPress installation/environment!

When you access a page that isn’t loading, usually, the browser will add a notice in the error console for debugging purposes.

In most cases, you would see this error in your browser’s error console when using the Inspect tool.

I’d also recommend checking out with your hosting company, to double-check your folders permissions and if they have a caching system on their side!

Let us know how it goes! All the best!

Hi @frugoli7! How’s it going today?

To help me diagnose it, we’ll need a bit more information, like:

    • Are you using custom codes to customize your checkout fields?
    • Are you using plugins to customize them?
    • If so, you may need to clear out your WordPress cache before disabling/removing them. You can also check with your hosting company if they are using a server-caching system on their side too, and ask them to clear it up!

If the issue persists, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Let us know how it goes! All the best!

    Hi @pagalo

Are you, by chance, using some custom CSS code or plugin to handle your columns and their width?

If so, you can backup them (in case of custom codes) and then remove them all or disable the plugin, and then in a new page, try using a shortcode like this:

    [products limit="12" columns="4" orderby="id" order="DESC" visibility="visible"]

If everything fails, have you tried the article that @margaretwporg, kindly, shared with you?

Let us know how it goes!

    My very best,

    Hi @tutods

By orange border, you mean that they aren’t running, is that correct? If so, you can hover over the mouse on them and hit the “Run now” text!

If you’re still having issues with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

A screenshot of what you’re seeing on your Scheduled tasks/cron jobs will also help us to diagnose it better!

I hope that helps! All the best!

    Hi @r89696

There are two ways that you can consider to update this text:

    • You could work with some custom code to edit the templates of the emails. Here’s a tutorial on how to do that.
    • – You can find all your template emails by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

    • You could also use a translation plugin like Loco Translate or Say What? With that, find that specific string and change it to what you want.
    • – Here’s the user manual of Loco Translate for a quick check: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual

Let us know how it goes! All the best!

    Hi @mikiwain

Can you share more details with us, like a direct link to a sample page, and a screenshot?

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

This will help us to understand and diagnose it better!

    All the best!

    Hi @nick1999

Just to clarify it a bit more, what are the conditions of those shipping options?

    • Are they available for everyone and every product?
    • Behind the scenes: fast, slow, premium and simple have variable rates only, or are you associating it with a specific shipping/payment method?
    • Also, maybe a table rate shipping plugins, should work for this?

      https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-easy-table-rate-shipping/

I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks

    Hi @designschmied

I wasn’t able to check the page you shared, it’s showing a 404 error! Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue, so we can visualize it better?

You can use this tool for sharing a screenshot with us:

    https://snipboard.io/

Also, together with the screenshot, Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    All the best!

    Hi @kabummmm

If I understood you correctly, you’re trying to export your products to create a Google Feed to be added on Google Shopping, isn’t it?

If so, there are several required categories your Google Product should include, and then you’ll need to convert your file into plain text (.txt) or .XML

You can read more details about it in this Google article:

    https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/2364758?visit_id=637810740867455090-2347429300&rd=1

Alternatively, you can use an extension that automatically creates and syncs a feed to Google.

As an extension, you can try Google Product Feed for example!

If this is not exactly what you’re looking for, no worries! Share more details of what you’re trying to achieve, and we’d love to take a look at it again!

    My very best!
