    Hi Woocommerce Support Team,

I have set up two shipping options (flat rate and local pickup). Now I want to add two sub-option in both shipping options eg when someone selects a flat rate he will see 2 radio box options. The first one will charge 300$ and the second one 500$. User will select anyone from these. how to add sub-option in flat rate and in local pickup shipping options

I am waiting for your reply,
    Thanks

    Hi @nick1999,

There isn’t a built-in way to do that in the WooCommerce shipping settings.

Based on what should the customer select the $300 or $500 shipping rate? If the flat and local pickup rates are based on the customer’s location then you may want to use shipping zones.

A Shipping Zone is a geographical area to which you ship items. You can get as specific as you need, right down to regions and zip codes. For each zone, you can set different shipping rates. There is more information here:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

Please let me know if this is not what you want to achieve and elaborate a bit more so we can provide you with further insights.

I want to give two options to users on flat shipping “300$” and “500$”. 500$ is fast shipping and 300$ is a slower one. I want to apply this condition to all the countries. Now is there no option to add sub-option in flat rate and local pickup?

    Hi @nick1999,

Thanks for replying. If I understand you correctly, you want to ship worldwide with two options:

    1. Fast Shipping
    2. Regular Shipping

After the customer choose one of those two, another two options will show:

    1. Delivery
    2. Local Pick up

Is that correct? Once we hear back from you, we can send the next steps.

    Best,

okay I am explaining to you again

user will see two shipping options first:
    Local Pickup
    Flat Rate

if the user selects local pickup, the two more options will appear
    1.Fast shipping
    2. Slow shipping

    2nd part:

if the user select Flat rate, two more option will appear
    1. premium shipping
    2. simple shipping

if you have any questions, please feel free to ask me,
I am waiting for your reply,
    Thanks

    Hi @nick1999

Just to clarify it a bit more, what are the conditions of those shipping options?

    • Are they available for everyone and every product?
    • Behind the scenes: fast, slow, premium and simple have variable rates only, or are you associating it with a specific shipping/payment method?
    • Also, maybe a table rate shipping plugins, should work for this?

I hope to hear from you soon! Thanks

    Yess

Behind the scenes: fast, slow, premium and simple have variable rates only?
All these four will have a fixed rate.

This is the reference site, I want the shipping options exactly the same: https://www.purpink.co.ke/

I also check this plugin but this plugin also does not provide what we required.

I am waiting for your reply.
    Thanks

    Hello @nick1999,

Thanks for sending over more details.

At the moment, there’s no default option for that in WooCommerce, and customizing that would require either a plugin or a bit of additional coding. Custom coding goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

For plugins, you may want to try these that are advertised on our marketplace:

    Table Rate Shipping
Advanced Flat Rate Shipping Method for WooCommerce

Feel free to check out their support documentation and if you have any pre-sales questions please contact us at: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/#sales-form where the extensions support staff will answer all your questions.

Just so you know, we offer a 30-day refund policy so you can test out the extensions with your requirements and make sure they work for you. If not, you can request a full refund. Here are more details on the refund policy: https://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/.

    Cheers.
