Would you recommend deleting the social crowd options that were loaded and reloading the simple social icons? Thank you for your help.

It you look at the bottom you will see the Twitter is not working and Facebook is not even visible.
The woman who built my site disabled them because something happened. Now i want to get them back and repair them. She has been unresponsive and for two weeks they have been offline. I am at a loss as to what to do.
