can not opened or re-directed into another site ?
The woman who built my site disabled them because something happened. Now i want to get them back and repair them. She has been unresponsive and for two weeks they have been offline. I am at a loss as to what to do.

It you look at the bottom you will see the Twitter is not working and Facebook is not even visible.
it’s using plugin (Simple Social Icons – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/simple-social-icons/) to display these social accounts (fb,twitter).
you can read the plugin documentation.
Would you recommend deleting the social crowd options that were loaded and reloading the simple social icons? Thank you for your help.
i think you just need to re-set your social network accounts link on simple social icons widget.
1. login into your wp-admin area.
2. move to widgets area.
3. search for widget named simple social icons, maybe in footer area.
4. just fill your fb or twitter links into the form area and hit save button
