i was having similar issues with version 1.9.37, but after having updated to 1.9.38, both desktop browsers and mobile browsers get the mobile version of my blog. i’ve cleared all cache and even turned my caching plugins off to test – no go. please check and fix, ty!

btw, this is the problem:
1. upload / activate plugin.
2. go to links –> my link order to arrange links/categories…
when i get there, i don’t see any of the links or categories. what would be preventing this? i just had someone tell me it’s working fine on their 2.7.1, so i’ve got to be overlooking something…please help!
