Thanks for the responses. WP 2.5 just doesn’t like tables. I went with mce advanced instead of modifying wp to run the table plug-in. Neither approach worked (I tried, thanks Haochi). The table appears fine tinymce, and the code looks fine in the html editor. When the page (not post, make any difference?) is published or previewed, the table is not there.
Must be some code in 2.5 that won’t let tables appear, that would explain the consistency between wp-table, tiny table, and mce advanced all not working.
Well the fact that it checked every post just made me wonder.
Curious about if it was a bot or not too.
If someone likes my site enough to check each post each day that would be cool . . .
