The problem with this identification is that we are not using Stripe in association with this website. There is a plugin installed which is capable of linking with Stripe but this is not set up. Are you able to suggest how we can go about removing this?
Thank you, I am working on getting this all set up.
@kimabaghdasaryan , suggestion made. Someone else actually made a similar request several years ago. Sad because it’s a serious flaw.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Prices Have Disappeared@owadud655 , I know that’s what started this. The footer has a black background. I added it so the cart widget in the footer would have white text. Can you suggest a better way to accomplish this?
Thank you

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Prices Have DisappearedThank you @owadud655
I determined that it’s a CSS issue created in the process of making the prices and headings white in the cart widget with a black footer background.
So far I have managed to get the prices to reappear in the store (white background), individual products and the top price in the cart. The sub totals and totals aren’t there yet. This is what I have so far:
span a,span,ul.products.columns-3 span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount,ul.products.columns-3 span bdi span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol,.single-product p.price span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount, .single-product p.price span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount bdi span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol,.cart_item td.product-price span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount,div cart_totals
.cart_item td.product-price span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount bdi span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol,
div cart_totals.cart_item td.product-subtotal span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount,
div cart_totals.cart_item td.product-subtotal span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount bdi span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol,
div cart_totals.cart_item td.cart-subtotal span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount,
div cart_totals.cart_item td.cart-subtotal span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount bdi span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol,
div cart_totals.cart_item td.order-total span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount,
div cart_totals.cart_item td.order-total span.woocommerce-Price-amount.amount bdi span.woocommerce-Price-currencySymbol{
color: #008435 !important;
}What am I missing?
Thank you

In reply to: [Storefront] New CSS not Displaying on MobileAnother update. I now have two clones along with the parent site with experiments with two different font plugins, Custom Fonts and Easy Google Fonts, as well as the @fontface method. None of them are showing the fonts consistently between laptop and mobile. Easy Google Fonts used to but I’m trying to get away from it since they haven’t been updating it, and now it’s not consistent either. Perhaps this is coming from a recent Storefront update? It’s so strange that even hiding the page title is being inconsistent, and I’m having to resort to all sorts of trickery as well as tolerating the wrong font showing on mobile. I’m really hoping for another set of eyes to help get to the bottom of this!

In reply to: [Storefront] New CSS not Displaying on MobileUpdate. On the https://dev.neo420.com site I just switched to the @fontface method of loading fonts. As before, laptop is fine but Firefox on Android isn’t showing the correct font and also fails to acknowledge both display:none and a title hiding plugin. This is very frustrating. What can I do to get past this?

In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] Fonts not showing on mobile@bsfherman could this be caused by using a Google variable font with a browser which doesn’t support them?

In reply to: [Storefront] New CSS not Displaying on MobileCould this problem be caused by using a Google variable font with a browser which doesn’t accept them? But would “display: none; be affected by this?

In reply to: [Custom Fonts - Host Your Fonts Locally] Fonts not showing on mobileHi @bsfherman, I used whatever method is associated with Google fonts. In this case the font is Noto Serif. If the font is the issue it would be easy to switch. Unfortunately, since things like “display: none” are also not being reflected on mobile, I have my doubts about the font being the issue. Storefront is the Automattic theme for Woocommerce so it would be a big one to be incompatible with. What can I do?
Thank you

In reply to: [Menu Image, Icons made easy] Grey Screen when trying to add icon@annanairn , after you have created and saved the menu, hover to the right of the name of the page/navigation item. A blue button labeled “menu item” will appear to the right of the name. Click on it and you’ll be able to set up the image or icon. I’m not sure how long this link will work but the “zone” is to the right of Donate: https://paste.pics/830dd931cb012c8f16dd553bf63176a9

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shopping Cart messagingThe theme developers have informed me that High Enterprise has no template for cart rendering and that it must be coming from Woocommerce. I’m back where I started with this. More guidance would be welcome. Thank you

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Shopping Cart messagingThank you @owadud655
I got my websites mixed up. This one is actually using High Enterprise by Catch Themes. I am attempting to post on their support, but if you have any suggestions besides cart.php I’d love to know.
It appears I have a new issue. How can I remove an address? I find I am unable to test the messaging for Alaska, etc because I had previously used another state and there doesn’t seem to be an option to change the address to one in a different state.
Thank you
@xue28 , @ihereira , @gabrielfuentes I’m revisiting this because I am still in need of a solution. The only solution the Shippo plugin developers could offer was a link to instructions for disabling the calculate shipping function. The owner of the site isn’t confident that flat rate shipping will be a good match for his products. I’m sure there must be others out there who have encountered this problem. What else can be done?
Thank you

In reply to: [Menu Image, Icons made easy] Grey Screen when trying to add iconI was finally able to figure this out. I suggest you change your documentation to address this and spare others from the frustration and lost time.
