How to start a new thread:
1) goto http://wordpress.org/support/
2) there are 3 sections: Hot Tags, Latest Discussions, Forums
3) select the right forum where you want to start a new topic
4) you will be at http://wordpress.org/support/forum/4 – if you clicked on requests and feedback
-> all the fresh topics are displayed on the top
-> “New Topic in this Forum” section is below these fresh topics
Maybe it is hard to “start a new topic” because ..Before posting a new topic, be sure to search to see if one has been started already..
