Thanks so much for getting back to me!

They seem to be able to create a username that is their email address and username they setup when they joined as a member using woocommerce (eg. username: Sarah.Jones linked to email hello@mybiz.com) and then somehow there is another one created that is username: hello@mybiz.om linked to email hello@mybiz.com). I didn’t have this issue before adding the directory and userswp. it’s really odd!
