Creating multiple logins

    Hi,

    I have been having issues with my members managing to create 2 logins. I am trying to figure out how this is happening. And wondering if it is a conflict with UsersWP and wordpress?

    I also have geodirectory, and seems to happen that they have one login that is attached to their directory listing and another for their membership. I can’t figure out how this is happening. No updates have made a difference. I obviously need UsersWP so people can see their listings.

    Have I done something wrong?

    Hi,

    Can you explain a bit more? On which page users are able to create 2 logins? Do you mean 2 users or 2 login pages? If you can provide the site URL can help to check the issue.

    HI Patrik,

    Thanks so much for getting back to me!

    They seem to be able to create a username that is their email address and username they setup when they joined as a member using woocommerce (eg. username: Sarah.Jones linked to email hello@mybiz.com) and then somehow there is another one created that is username: hello@mybiz.om linked to email hello@mybiz.com). I didn’t have this issue before adding the directory and userswp. it’s really odd!

    Can you create a support ticket on our site http://userswp.io/support for further troubleshooting? We have to regenerate the issue to troubleshoot. Do 2 users created on single registration or a user registered again after the first registration?
