Al revisar el log de errores he encontrado lo siguiente:

Por lo cual he habilitado la función base64_decode en su servicio, realice pruebas nuevamente por favor.-

Pude ingresar al sitio de pruebas que me recomendaste y al realizar la instalación de Site Kit no tuve problemas, llegué hasta casi la última parte del proceso de vinculación con mi cuenta.

Hola, te dejo la información de salud del sitio, cuando ingreso en modo incognito sucede lo mismo, he probado con otro navegador y he probado con varias cuentas de gmail distintas.

He reestablecido el SiteKit desde el comienzo y tampoco pasa nada.
