So I was able to find the error information and looks like one of the inputs was invalid, so that should be an easy fix, however I am now getting a new issue when trying to configure the Hubspot integration.
When I click the small cog icon next to the Hubspot integration so I can configure the information outputs, it shows absolutely nothing at all.
I’ve even tried opening this in a new browser and the same issue occurs. If need be I can re-configure the integration but I’d prefer not to in case I need to make updates to the form in the future.
