Forminator + Hubspot Integration Issues

    Hi All,

    I am having issues with Forminator when trying to integrate with my Hubspot CRM. I am really wanting to use Forminator so I can set-up some logic flows for when customers fill out my form, and I am wanting to use Hubspot as my CRM so when a form is completed, it gets automatically added to my CRM with the relevant information collected.

    What I’ve been able to do is get the form working, and even was able to get the integration working as well, but randomly the form has stopped creating the contacts into Hubspot. The submissions still show on Forminator and I can see the test ones when I submit them, but I really need this to work with Hubspot reliably and was hoping someone might be able to help with this.

    The main issue I am facing is that the integration with Forminator and Hubspot refuses to create a contact in my CRM when the form is submitted.

    Please let me know if you need any more information, happy to provide whatever is needed.

    Hi @callummcc,

    Do you notice any error messages under Forminator > Submissions where it displays the integration?

    Possible to provide us with a form export so that we could give a closer look at the form settings?

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Pastebin, Dropbox, or any cloud service in the next reply.

    So I was able to find the error information and looks like one of the inputs was invalid, so that should be an easy fix, however I am now getting a new issue when trying to configure the Hubspot integration.

    When I click the small cog icon next to the Hubspot integration so I can configure the information outputs, it shows absolutely nothing at all.

    I’ve even tried opening this in a new browser and the same issue occurs. If need be I can re-configure the integration but I’d prefer not to in case I need to make updates to the form in the future.

    Any ideas with this one?

    I was able to replicate a similar behaviour on a test website at my end. I have brought this issue to the notice of the Forminator team for further review, and we’ll update you here once we have more feedback on this as soon as possible.

    Hi @callummcc,

    Further checking the issue, disconnecting and reconnecting Hubspot at Forminator >> Integrations resolved the issue on the test website at my end.

    Could you please share an export of the form that you noticed the issue in so that we can take a closer look at the issue? Please share the form export using Google Drive or pastebin.com
