I wanted to check back in. When will the new version of Hustle be available correcting this issue?

Hi Oguz,

Thanks. One more clarifying question– if we wait for the new version of Hustle, will the lost emails from version 5.1.5 be there? Or, will it only be archiving emails going forward?

If the former, we’ll wait for the new version.

Just to be clear, you mean that there is no way to recover the lost emails?

Thanks for the quick reply, Oguz. I just checked, and we are operating on Hustle version 6.0. So, it is very possible that we lost the email addresses when we Hustle was updated. If this is the cause, is there a way to get these email addresses back?

For editing the pop-up, we simply changed the text of the Pop-up titles, then clicked saved. We did not notice that the emails were gone until recently. We cannot replicate the issue either.

Appreciate your help.
