In reply to: How to have an invisible clickable link box around text?@aaronchakra – I’m not familiar with your current theme so this suggestion may not be too helpful although have you tried writing the titles for these “icon boxes” as an appropriately formed HTML
<a>tag using the current text as the anchor’s test in the title area?~ Cais.

In reply to: iFrame Help@boardwalk – Have you tried adding the iframe code directly into the template file (using a child-theme) of the theme?

In reply to: Link Featured Image on single.php@fouldsy99 – Your theme appears to be a “Premium” offering and its author appears to offer support here: https://accesspressthemes.com/support/ … I would suggest checking in with their support services to see how you may need to modify your theme (remember to take into consideration a child-theme for this).

In reply to: [BNS Featured Category] Can’t limit displayed posts by category@shippma – Can you provide a link to screen capture(s) of the settings you are using (it may take two as the panel is a bit long)?
Thanks!

In reply to: [BNS Corner Logo] corner logo on all pages@rayprelude – I would suspect that to be something with your current theme or another active plugin that affects widget areas and their availability. As is, there are no restrictions on where the widget can be used within the plugin itself.
Thanks!

In reply to: Dropdown menu plus sign@ecoculturevillage – It appears the image used for the plus icon may be missing(?); there are several errors being shown in the browser console (see http://take.ms/lndaV) where one of them is pointing to an issue finding the image.
If this is the case, you may need to review/re-install your themes files to insure that plus icon is available.

In reply to: WordPress.com to org problem@eliottka – If you log into your WordPress dashboard and then go under Appearance > Themes you should see you have a few WordPress Twenty series themes installed and available to be used. You are welcome to use one of those, or you can go under Appearance > Themes > Add New and browser through the themes available from the WordPress themes directory.
You should not be forced to purchase a theme from Bluehost; I suspect it is just a poorly worded advertisement that implies you need to buy one from them. There may be additional services and support they are offering as well with that purchase although I am not a Bluehost client and therefore I have no real idea what they offer in their “one-click install” of WordPress.
As to your “Shoreditch” theme I am finding it here: https://wordpress.org/themes/shoreditch/ which means if you go under Appearance > Themes > Add New … Search for “Shoreditch” you should see it available to be installed and activated.

In reply to: Duplicated Posts in Tags/Categories Section@gifriday – Generally the current theme would be handling the tag “pages” and it could be something within that archive template that is creating this issue. The easiest way to test if to temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme and see if the problem persists.
If it does, then you might need to work through your current active plugins to see if one of those is creating this problem.
Once you find the source, or at least a strong indicator, you can go to the author of the theme or plugin to see if they can suggest any further troubleshooting steps or a solution to the issue you are having.

In reply to: Upload a themeJust a quick note, the best place to check if a theme name has been submitted to the WordPress theme repository/directory is this page: https://themes.svn.wordpress.org
Every theme ever submitted is listed there, just search the page for the theme “slug”; and, as noted above, it’s a single use system currently.

In reply to: [BNS Corner Logo] Logo does not show@art005 – Sorry for the late reply. Can you provide a link to where you are having an issue? I suspect, if you still have the plugin installed, activated, and in use that your home page URL will be enough to start.
Thanks!

In reply to: [BNS Add Widget] Widget above footer, how to remove underneath@jelmer15 – The plugin hooks into
wp-footer, I would expect it to appear at or near the bottom of the page depending on the current theme. You are welcome to experiment with using a different hook, I’d be interested in seeing your results especially given you have described successfully moving the widget already.
Thanks!

PS: Sorry about the late reply, I only happen to notice it when reviewing the new plugin repository beta site.

In reply to: [BNS Featured Tag] No excerpt feature broken@jjanthony – Thanks for the additional details, I’ll try to keep that in mind on the next release cycle for the plugin although I’m not very familiar with “Page Builder”.

In reply to: [BNS Featured Tag] No excerpt feature broken@jjanthony – I’m not seeing this in my testing, or at least I am not able to reproduce the issue … can you provide any additional details on the problem? What specific settings are you using? Perhaps a link to your site where the plugin is being used?
Thanks!

In reply to: [BNS Add Widget] Center widget@bcleave – You should be able to center the content with some custom CSS specifically pointing to the the widget and relevant to the social buttons plugin you are using. Without any more specifics I am not certain what to suggest beyond that.
Thanks!
