Can’t limit displayed posts by category

    Hi,

    The widget seems to show posts from ALL categories and not just the ones in the category that I choose. I am using the Nisarg Theme if that helps at all. My category structure is:

    Fishing
    – Club
    — Lake 1
    — Lake 2
    Reviews
    – Bait
    – Reels

    I have 2 posts in Lake 1, 1 post in Lake 2 and 1 post in Bait. All 4 posts also have the parent categories selected, so for instance the post in Bait also has the Reviews Category selected, however it definitely does not have and of the categories in the Fishing tree selected. When I put “Reviews” in the Category ID box I see all 4 posts in the widget and not just the one that is in the Review and Bait Categories.

    I’m guessing I’ve set something up poorly so any help would be much appreciated.
