If the problem still persists please log a ticket on help.blockonomics.co with your registered email address and we can look at it on priority !
- Edit order -> Edit billing ->. Select payment method as Bitcoin (as shown in the screenshot)
- Then trigger
send order details to customerin Order action section on the right side. - This will send an email with a link to pay which will create an address automatically
